Persaudaraan Kristian Agape Universiti Sains Malaysia is a Christian Fellowship in the USM main campus located in Penang Island, Malaysia.
What does the name Persaudaraan Kristian Agape (PKA) mean?
Persaudaraan: Represents the fellowship and bond that members share.
Kristian: PKA is a Christian organisation that consists of Christians and abides in the Lordship of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Agape: A Greek word for love; defined as a divine, unconditional love as exemplified by God.
PKA is founded for the following reasons, also known as FED: –
Fellowship: As an avenue for fellowship among Christian students in USM and as a stepping stone to a church.
Evangelism: To be witnesses for Jesus Christ and to share His love to people around us.
Discipleship: As an avenue for spiritual growth towards Christ-like maturity.
Therefore, PKA’s Mission Statement reads as below: –
PKA exists to connect Christians in USM (fellowship), to reach out to our friends (evangelism) and to spur one another towards Christ-like maturity (discipleship).
